Two Bedroom Cottage
- Kitchen/Lounge: The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric cooker, fridge, washing machine, cookware, table & chairs. The lounge area has two settees, TV with DVD player & radio. Electric convector heating. Wifi available.
- Bedroom 1: Double bed, small wardrobe, bedside cabinets, table lamps, electric convector heating. Bed linen, towels and hair dryer supplied.
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds, 1 chest of draws, table lamp, electric convector heating. Bed linen and towels supplied.
- To the outside of the property is a small decking area with patio table and chairs, BBQ can be supplied on request. Children are more than welcome to pitch a small tent in the wooded area. Parking available for one car.
- For the comfort of other guests we have a no smoking policy.
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
- Arrival time 4pm onwards, departure time 10am (unless by prior arrangements).

Holidays are available on a 3 nights starting on a Friday or Saturday, 4 nights starting on a Saturday or Monday or 7 nights starting on a Saturday. All bookings will require a 25% non refundable deposit of the total cost of the holiday, with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. Guests are advised to take out appropriate holiday cancellation insurance policies. Payment can be made by cheque or direct bank transfer. We the owners will not accept any liability of any damage, loss or theft of any items brought to the premises. Cars are left at owner’s risk.
